Creator Agreement

As a creator contributing content to egirl.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Compliance with Platform Policies

Creators must be at least 18 years old and shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. Certain categories of material—such as hate speech, harassment, illicit behavior, sexually explicit content involving minors, or other disallowed content—are strictly prohibited.

2. Written Consents & Recordkeeping

Prior to publication, you must obtain and retain written permission from every individual featured in your content, confirming:

• Their consent to appear in the content.
• Their approval for the content's public distribution on egirl.com.
• If the material is downloadable by other users, their consent to permit downloads.

3. Age Verification & Documentation

• You must verify that every person depicted is at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to maintain valid proof of identity and age (e.g., government-issued ID) for each individual, and to furnish these records immediately if requested by egirl.com.

4. Adherence to Updates

You accept that our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to any such revisions.

5. Enforcement & Remedies

Violations of this Creator Agreement—or any other platform policy—may result in removal of content, suspension of your account, or other actions as described in our Terms of Service.
