If you see any content on egirl.com that you believe is illegal or otherwise violates our Standards (e.g. copyright infringement, hate speech, harassment), please report it by emailing support@egirl.com.

Acknowledgment & Resolution Timeline

  • We will send you an acknowledgment of your complaint within 1 business day.
  • We aim to complete our review and provide you with a resolution within 7 business days of receipt.

Review & Appeals Process

  • Investigation: Our Trust & Safety team examines the reported content against our Standards.
  • Decision: We determine whether the content must be removed, modified, or left unchanged.
  • Notification: You'll receive a summary of our decision and any actions taken.
  • Appeal: If you disagree, you may appeal by replying to the same email within 7 business days. We will re-review and respond to your appeal.

Possible Outcomes

  • Content removed or disabled from public view.
  • Warning or suspension of the account responsible for the content.
  • No action, if content is found not to violate our Standards.
  • Referral to law enforcement, if required by law.

All complaints, review steps, decisions, and appeals are logged internally for accountability and quality assurance.
